The name "DIVIDE" was taken from the concept of God and Human and with other Human Being. The Gap between the rich and the poor, racism, and all things that inspire us in writing our songs and lyrics. In 2009 Dhenaldi Savirio Firmansyah, Wilfried Arief, Kreshna Narendra and Fikrie Arief decided to make a band and ask Danindra Kamil (ex-HellYeahForNothing) and Gemuruh Adhityatama (Orestes) to join and finally named themselves as DIVIDE.
